The 24-year-old Shai has made one of the best individuals starts in the league.
The player has shown great maturity since his days with the Clippers and is a force that controls the entire court.
All the balls pass through him, and he is the main decision-maker for each play.
A leader who deserves All-Star recognition and one we can’t wait to see at the February game.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander averages: 31.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.4 blocks, 53% shooting from the field, and 40% from 3-point range.
De’Aaron Fox – Sacramento Kings
In the late 1990s, the Sacramento Kings were among the best teams in the NBA. Led by Chris Webber, Vladi Divac, Peja Stojakovic, and Jason Williams, the Kings were a force to be reckoned with.
Now, two decades later, the Kings are back and better than ever. Thanks to the team’s young core of players, including De’Aaron Fox and Buddy Hield, the Kings are once again contenders in the Western Conference.

At only 21 years old, there seems to be no limit to how far he can go averaging 14.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.8 blocks, 44% shooting from the field, and 36% from 3-point range.
Jerami Grant – Portland Trail Blazers
The Trail Blazers have had a great start to the season, despite being a team full of youngsters who may seem inexperienced.
But the 28-year-old Grant has managed to lead the young talents of the Blazers correctly, and on an individual level, he is having one of his best seasons.
Grant is averaging 19.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.8 steals, one block, 47.3% shooting from the field, and 47.1% from 3-point range. He is a player who gets the best out of his teammates and contributes to both ends of the court.
Tyrese Maxey – Philadelphia 76ers
Maxey became the Sixers’ attacking benchmark after Embiid showed an irregular performance.
With just turning 22, his talent overflows in every game. This season he had a 44-point night against Toronto, one of the best defenses in the league.
Maxey is averaging 22.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.4 assists, one steal, 0.3 blocks, 46% shooting from the field, and 42% from 3-point range.
The Sixers are candidates for the NBA title, and Maxey is one of the players that will take them to the playoffs.
