“I think Charles Leclerc was faster. However, Max did a great job getting that second place and setting the fastest lap of the race,” said Masashi Yamamoto.

“Ferrari were very fast, but if you look at how Carlos Sainz’s engine blew up, I think the Honda engines are still the best if you look at it as a combination of performance and reliability.”

Improvements are coming for France.

Masashi Yamamoto sees the French Grand Prix with great eyes and knows that it will be very favorable for Red Bull. 

But this is what makes his speed surpass Ferrari because he does not stop preparing for France, and that package of improvements is on the way.

Masashi assured the following: “I think France will be more favorable to Red Bull, so we must look for good results there.”

“In Hungary, on the other hand, I have a feeling that Ferrari will win because they have more traction in the low and medium speed corners. 

But I think Red Bull will do something to counter that. I hope we finish the last two races well before the summer break,” Yamamoto concluded.

Although Ferrari is concerned about the engine problem, Sainz suffered in Austria, as it was definitely a severe problem, on the other hand Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto says it is a reliability problem very similar to that of Charles Leclerc at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

And they also see problems in a completely new engine, so they assure that the problem is not due to the fact that it is a Ferrari engine.
